ABOUT COMPLEMENTARY THERAPY

Complementary therapy is just that - complementary - it is not intended as a substitute for conventional medicine, but to work alongside, helping the body's own natural healing ability to activate, aiding recovery after illness or surgery, allowing you to take responsibility and control for your own healing.

It can help to prevent illness by reducing stress levels, relieving aches and pains and aids emotional release.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Feel a wave of calm as you sink into the healing couch or chair and absorb the Reiki, Angel or Crystal energy.

Come with no expectations, just an open heart and a willingness to release whatever is right for you at that time.

Some people see colours, some do not, some feel a tingling sensation, some feel heat, some feel cold, some people feel nothing at all except peacefulness and deep relaxation. Just know that your mind, body and spirit are being nurtured and brought back into perfect alignment.

Spiritual Healing, Reiki, Angel Therapy, Crystal Healing - £35.00 per session (approximately 1 hour)
Angel Readings - £15 - £20 depending on length of reading
Mentoring - £30 - £50 depending on length of session (not more than two hours)
Concession £20.00 for healing session - £10 for Angel Reading

Animals are sensitive to the healing energy and our own animals have benefited from regular healing sessions - animal treatments given free of charge, however, donations gratefully accepted for PDSA, WSPA, WDCS, New Arc Animal Sanctuary or Fluffsfield Donkey Sanctuary, Fyvie.

All therapies offered work on the body’s own energy system, bringing about balance and healing on all levels, Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally and Physically.

REIKI, ANGELS AND GARDENING

If you are a gardener you will know that a small weed on the surface may have long roots and sometimes you need to dig deep to get rid of the problem.

As you dig deep into the earth, worms and other insects appear.

When you uplift slabs or rocks you uncover things you would rather not see.

Reiki or Angel/Crystal Therapy is a bit like gardening - the deeper you go, the more you uncover, but once those roots are dug up and thrown away, once those worms have been acknowledged and put in their place (perhaps in the compost bin) and once those insects or other things you would rather not see have been released and allowed on their way, your mind will be clear and focused, your body will feel light and free and your spirit will rise allowing you to realise your full potential.
